Heat Treat Operator - All Shifts
Training completed on First Shift!
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Operate heat treating equipment to harden and temper steel parts
- Follow established procedures to ensure the quality of the finished product
- Conduct tests to ensure parts meet specifications
- Monitor equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

- Safety Sensitive Position - DRUG TESTING REQUIRED
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- MTI Training a PLUS
Work Environment:
-Primary work environment is the production floor.
- Secondary work environment is the office.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift.
- Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns.
- While performing duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Occasion stooping and walking will be required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of heat treating processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
